You should really be asking the question of your web hosting provider as you're paying them for support.

cpanel is who I'm getting the space from.
No, cpanel is a software company who sells its software to web hosting companies. So, you need to contact whoever it was that you purchased your web hosting account from.

So Vizaweb is seperate from cpanel? I'm sorry, I thought the two were one. I'll check their forum.
