    If you need assistance in using cPanel to manage your website, you should contact your hosting provider.

    Other than that, you can use any FTP client you like to manage the files from which your website is comprised.

    Hint: If you got here from 'No page is configured at this site', chances are your host hasn't even added your domain / provisioned your account on the server, as that is the message displayed when this situation arises.

    Have to love the benefits of cPanel linking their domain on error pages on servers.
