Adding Users Per Domain

Hi,

I have a Virtual Dedicated Server using Cpanel. My provider have said that I can give each user their own Cpanel for their domain using my Cpanel interface. Basically i want this so they can manage their own emails and also view web stats. Can someone please lead me in the right direction on how to set this up as I cannot find info on that anywhere in the help files and my provider does not give support for it.

Assume you have root acess, you can use WHM to create seperate account. visit http://www.cpanel.net/docs/whm/ for more information.
