Addon domain lenght restriction??

Hello

A user is trying to create an addon domain when he got an error stating maximum number of characters allowed is 25. How do you fix this in cPanel to allow the domain to be created?

They are likely getting this error related to the FTP username. They should modify the ftp account username that is auto populated to make sure it is less than 25 characters.

If it is related to the addon domain name, please let me know. The FTP username is the only length restriction I can see in the code.
