ahhh! i deleted all the files in the home directory!

So i want to make a mybb forum. I went to firezilla, and i thought i should delete every thing and then paste the mybb stuff. So i did so and i now realize i wasnt supposed to! I did NOT create a backup! Please i really need help! Did it go somewhere when i deleted them all? Thanks!
