Allowing users to create addon domains that don't point to our nameserver.

Hello,

I have a user that is trying to create an addon domain with a .co.za domain name. However, the user can't create the addon domain due to the domain pointing to another nameserver. I told him to first change the DNS to us on his domain but his registrar said that they can't switch it to our nameservers unless our DNS server has his records.

So how is the user suppose to create an addon domain?

Tweak Settings > Domains >

Allow Creation of Parked/Addon Domains that resolve to other servers (i.e. domain transfers) [This can be a major security problem. If you must have it enabled, be sure to not allow users to park common internet domains.]

That should do it.
