Anonoyomus FTP [moved]

hey i went into my cpanel and clicked anonoymous setup then clicked:
Allow anonymous access to ftp://ftp.ebf.spidernethosting.com.
But it askes for a username and pass when i try to go to ftp://ftp.ebf.spidernethosting.com.

Is the domain setup on Unique/dedicated IP?As Anonymous FTP requires the domain to be on the unique IP.

If you're an end-user you'll need to ask your web hosting provider about such issues.

If you're the server admin, then do you have anonymous FTP enabled in WHM?

Login into WHM and
MAIN > Service Configuration > FTP Configuration > Enable Anonymous Ftp

I have a subdomain (free site) but the username/pass doesnt seem to work
