I have update my server to cpanel 11 and now i have a big problem: when i create a new account in whm apache will failed. when i terminate the new account apache will be re-start.
Can please anybody help?

What error you get on starting the Apache? Without any error or viewing logs it will be difficult to say that what exactly the problem is.
i have the same issue and from what i can tell others do also
