auto backup and delete old backup

I am new and a novice

I am looking for a tool or add on, that will delete the old backup and then create a new site backup and maybe even download it to my local computer.

I see a tool/software http://www.cpsitesaver.com/ that claims to create and download a backup of your site does anybody have experience with this software

Hey,

WHM has this option built in! Login to root WHM and on the left hand side go to Backups and chose Config. Backups.
