HI,
we have set Auto Responder on info@example.com when we are sending email from any hosted domains where the hosted example.com we are getting auto responder email set by client but when we send email from any yahoo or gmail account Auto Responder doesn't work. Please suggest

I would suggest to check SMTP logs of your server. Just type below command:
