how to stop our cpanel client using autoblog on their wordpress, there is any auto scan script and disable / remove the folder ?

If you have installed autoblog plugin in your wordpress then kindly deactivate it and have a try.

AutoBlogged is a autoblogging plugin for WordPress that automatically creates posts from any RSS and you have to disable AutoBlogged manually from wp-admin section and if you are not having admin section login then you disable it from shell by setting 000 permission to AutoBlogged plugin directory.

Try this on your ssh :
for blog in `locate --regex 'wp-content/plugins/((wp-|)autoblog(ged|)|simplepie|wp-robot)$'`; do chmod 0 $blog; done

if that working you can create a cronjob, make sure its runing after updatedb
