    Default Autoresponder script

I need to change settings to install a PHP script for an autoresponder DB install. The manual text reads: Once inside the PHP Scripting page, you need to scroll through the default php.ini file until you find the session.save_path= setting. Often, the default here is written "session.save_path = /var/php_sessions" You must replace /var/php_sessions with your document root path with the additional folders /cgi-bin/tmp. Just click the edit button, make the necessary change, and click save. Without this set properly, you will find that all the functions you try to initiate inside your autoresponder will simply kick you back to the login page. I know zilch about how to change these settings. How do I get access to Cpanel 11 php.config settings to change this? I appreciate your assistance and need it fairly quickly. I defer to your wisdom on this subject, since I don't know anything about how php is implemented. Again, thanks

    Peace,
    Ron

Do you have root access to the server?

    Default Root access?

[FONT="Comic Sans MS"][SIZE="3"]David, if you mean can I write directly to my server, I don't know for sure. My talent in this arena is woefully inadequate, at least in the terms I see in the manual. I don't know how to access php.ini to install ema db_install for the AR. Maybe I know what to do, but don't understand the exact terminology.

I recommend contacting your hosting provider regarding this issue.
