Banned from own site.

Hi I got banned from my own site and I'm trying to figure out how I can get my cable ip unbanned. Atm, I can only use my 3G service to access it. I've tried checking for cP Hulk and it doesn't exist. I tried the other security feature and my IP doesn't show up in it at all. Please help.
