Bind reconfiguring on pic using rndc

I'm a newbie and it's great to be on yet another great team with loads of amazing support! No doubt you'll be hearing lots from me and I'll be learning lots from you!!!

I got the above error when I was setting up my accounts and I wondered if there was any way to resolve it, please, if anyone knows...
