Block all mail expect contactform and paypal

I have 1 email account through my cpanel.

This is set up to receive mail from my website contact form, and orders from my online shop (paypal).

• Messages from my contact form, appear to come 'from' the email address it sends to (myemail@mydomain.com)
• Messages from paypal, come from the individuals paypal email address.
  (customer@thieremail.com)

Rather than blacklist, I planned to only receive mail on a whitelist – however due to the circumstances above, this would be impossible.

How can I ensure only mail from these two sources are received in my inbox, and all other mail (potentially spam) is blocked?

I can't use BoxTrapper as emails from the form and paypal are automated, and whitelist only allows email address'/domains to be added.
I would filter by subject (this is constant), but cpanel doesn't have the option.

I also want to use an autoresponder to any emails sent to the address, except for the two mentioned above.

Any help appreciated.

Ah! I've had a look in there, and I think it should do what I want.

Will these rules become exempt from auto-responders / forwarding, to achieve what I outlined above?

I think for account level filtering i need:

Rules:

Subject – contains:
‘fixed subject string’

Actions:
Deliver to folder: INBOX

And for user level filtering:

Rules:

From – equals:
‘myemail@mydomain.com’

Actions:
Deliver to folder: INBOX

Further from the above, I've managed to identify the 2 main email address, I'd like to receive from.

I've added these into user level filtering - to deliver to Inbox.

I do receive these emails, which is great, however I have also set up an auto responder for any emails sent to my contact address. The auto-responder works, but I still get the email in my inbox

How can I block ALL emails other than those set up in my user level filtering?

I have the two address' listed in my spam-assasin whitelist.
