    Default hijacking the thread?

sadly - this does not help the thread -

there could be a few issues for that happening.

    a. is the ip blocked in iptables/
    b. is cpHulk blocking in WHM - under security you can find that
    c. has the website owner blocked you ?

Call you DC worse case and have them flush iptables

Incidentally, this is a good idea why it is a good idea to whitelist your
IP address (or CIDR range if your home IP is dynamic) from cpHulk and
any firewall you have such CSF for example.

That way you don't accidentally block yourself from your own server.

As far as getting back in, you can contact your upstream provider to get
in and let you back in or you could use a proxy site such as kproxy.com
or similiar to get yourself back in and then remove yourself from any
blacklist blocking you may have triggered. I would strongly advise
changing your passwords after using such a method to get back in as
you theoretically could set yourself up for a man in the middle attack
since a proxy could at least in theory record your session details.
