Boxtrapper discarding messages

I have a problem with Boxtrapper, when it is off I do get all the spam and when it is on than it is working perfect.
But now people are asking me why I didnt reply to their email so I asked to send it again and I get nothing. I found one email service and I started testing it and if I send from this service to my email with boxtrapper on I do not recieve the message I just see in logs:

Discarding malformed message from sender: due to invalid From: header ()

If I switch off the boxtrapper than I do recieve emails that was before discarded.

I don't know the answer, but I have the same problem, only in the last week. My host recommeded I recreate my account, but I need to pait till I get home to try that.
