Boxtrapper and Mailscanner

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm new user at WHM/Cpanel. People from support team at an ISP told to me that if they activate Mail Scanner, than Box Trapper must be disabled. Because Mail Scanner won't working if together with Box Trapper. I've check at Feature Manager, I can read Box Trapper disabled. Is this right ? Is there any comment ? I'm awaiting for your comment. Thank you.

Mailscanner is no longer supported by cPanel/WHM. However I believe the third party add-on product CSF makes use of Mailscanner. I'm leaving this post up in case one of the many users of that product want to reply to your inquiry.

There's no conflict between MailScanner and Boxtraper and you can run them both at the same time - though I'd never recommend using boxtrapper
