    Question Boxtrapper question

    If someone is NOT listing on the white list ---- shouldn't they be getting an automatic email to reply to -- showing that it is an actual person not an automated email? This is not happening for us - is there something that I should be selecting to make this happen? And should our email account be rec'ing something to let us know it was responded to or not so with an option to add to the white list or not???? HELP!
