Can I use 10.78.48.X on server?

It is because firewall between company inside & internet, can I use 10.78.48.X on server? (ture IP to firewall, firewall froward to server)

If not, can I do any secrity on server?

Nope, a public ip address on the server is required. You can not use a private address like (10.x.x.x).

There is a lot of security built into cpanel. You can also add other security like chirpys firewall.
