    Arrow Can someone help me establish a client with access to their Control Panel??

    Can someone help me establish a client with access to their Control Panel??

    1) We have a dedicated server with Web Manager for establishing Resellers;

    2) Under Account Functions I created a New Account for pi-agency.us . They have a dedicated IP address of 216.120.255.177 , which is listed at Network Solutions.

    3) The Network Solutions update was performed two days ago and the domain appears to be terminating on our server with a "Page does not Display" message.

    4) I need to know how to assign pi-agency.us access to their Control Panel with a password.

    I may have left out some procedures in Web Manager, but I am lost.

    Can you help?

    You should look through the ads and offers section of this forum.

    You should be able to find someone willing to give you telephone based support and deal with your bold typing there.

    your not gonna find it to cheap tho.. a onetime call usually costs $65 or more

    if you want a monthly subscription its usually about $25 /month or more

    I received an email from CPanel that said they do not offer any phone support (only ticket supports). Do you have a link that shows otherwise??

    cpanel doesnt offer phone support...

    your gonna need to go to t a 3rd party company

    It appears the issue is resolved as it resolves based on domain name, but it doesnt based on IP - although I am not sure if that is even needed or asked for in this case.

    Thanks for asking.

    I'm still trying to work things out with email and other items, plus I have to put a temporary web page on the domain.

    You're right. They assigned us a new IP address because the other one did not work.

    I can no longer do a trace route from my DOS window. My internet provider told me that they have joined others in turning off trace route tools because of potential dos attacks.

    What other web sites or tools can I use to perform the trace routes?
