About LinkBacksHiya i have reinstalled OS and thn installed cpanel again,
I can still SSH into the server , all the cpanel processes are running including Httpd but i still cant access the server.
Can some1 please help me out?

What error do you recive then you try to acces cPanel/WHM?
It just gets timed out.
Doesnt opens anything

You are under a NAT/LAN?
Yeah but the ports arent blocked as i can access WHM of my other servers.
did you check whether your global IP is blocked in the particular server firewall?
