Have set up the site on the server but can't access it through ftp. Have tried a few things but the password is right and the username. So it is nothing to do with that. Is there something I need to change on the control panel ftp management to get it up and running or is it something else perhaps?

I have another site that uses control panel and checked all the settings and they seem the same so in theory it should work. Thanks in advance.
