cant access th cpanel [moved]

hi when i goto the cpanel page it comes up with page unavalible i have sent an email to the person who is hosting it for me and he has not replyed so could any one help me and tell me what could be wrong
i can access my website and the os commerce admin

cPanel uses a non-standard port for http communication. Check that this is not due to a local firewall issue.

i have disabled my firewall and tried everything i could think of but i do not know anything about cpanel.

Try contacting your host again, if they have a forum ask other people if they have the same problem.
