Can't locate Mail/SPF.pm in @INC

I know this question has been asked. I did a search and I found one post. I found no resolution however to the issue....and it was way back in 2003.

This is 2009, so my question is this
Why am I getting notifications from cpanel about
Can't locate Mail/SPF.pm in @INC

I am pretty familiar BASH, been learning it the last month, and I use cpanel only to share my space with friends, so please help me out here if you can, I'm not a total newb, this is the first issue i've had since launching the server and i'm proud of that, btw, this is my first post, and I'd like to say GOD BLESS TO EVERYONE, and thank you for your support with Linux, if it were not for that, I would not be able to have this opportunity.

Or make long run on sentences that don't belong on the forumn because of sentimentality or whatever made up derivative of sentimental you can think of!!
