Default Can't login to cPanel from one of my computers

I have a very strange problem: I can only login to my cPanel account with one of my computers. As I'm constantly on the other one [Murphy's Law - of course I use the other one more] and only use the one that works from time to time, it has become a bit annoying.

The one where it works is an eMac with Mac OS 10.4.x using FireFox, the one where it doesn't work is a common PC with Windows XP and so far, I've tried IE and FireFox with no results. I either get a blank page or a border manager message.

Does anyone know what I'll need to change? Looks like some of my settings are causing this malfunction because I could access my cPanel fine on my old PC.

are Two servers in the same network ?

    It can be a firewall.
If two servers are in the same network, you will check that the firewall (Windows firewall) is not running in the server that not works.
