    How /where do I change the disk quota size?

    you can use the packages section at the WHM to create packages with specific disk spaces, and then switch package for any account u want to change disk space.

    I think this would be much easier :

    Goto MAIN >> Account Functions >> Quota Modification in your WHM

    Here you will get a list of all the accounts

    Change the quota for the account you want to and CLICK on CHANGE..... thats it.
