Changing shopping cart in cPanel

Does anyone know how to change a Paypal email address in cPanel for a website that I just purchased? My developer said he changed it, but it's still sending paymnets to the former site owner's paypal address?

I purchased an active and live website and have been trying to access shopping cart and/or ecommerce settings so that I can change the email address where paypal payments are being sent, they are still going to the former site owner's paypal account, my developer stated he changed it, but it' still going to previous owner's account

This would be determined by the shopping cart software's configuration, not by cPanel. You will need to address this with the software developer and your host.

I merged your two threads that addressed the same issue. This is something that will need to be addressed by the developer of the shopping cart software and/or your host. There is no setting in cPanel itself that would affect the recipient address of e-mail messages sent by shopping cart software.
