Changing TTL's in dns zone file

Hi,

I'm new to cpanel and havent used this much before. What I'm trying to do is change the ttl's to migrate some domains over quickly and I'm not sure where I am supposed the changes.

I have included a pic and would ask if anyone knows how to do this could they explain to me. I have looked through the forums and cant really find anything that explains it.
