chroot vhost on cpanel

I saw a old topic (2004) about supporting vhost chrootting on cpanel
so Does the developers of cpanel had develop a system for chrootting users ?

or is there any possibility to do this ?

We don't support chrooting user accounts.

The only chrooting we support is the jailshell feature.
