    Default Clear cPanel Cache

    Hi Guys,

Im only new to using a cPanel setup so please excuse my lack of knowledge.

I have a client who has tried to access the cpanel section of his website. Unfortunately he kept entering the password wrong so it seems to have blocked his IP address from accessing both the back end and front end of his website.

He asked me if there is a way to clear the cache so that it forgets his wrong attempts and lets him back into his website. I should mention, after about 48 hours of him leaving the website alone, it then allows him to access it again. Unfortunately, he input the password wrong again, so he's locked out at the moment.

So to wrap it up, is there a way to clear the cache or something else i can do to help him out?

    Thanks guys.

More Info on that located here:

    Thanks for the reply infopro.

Unfortunately, i think my server may have only granted limited access to my reseller account as i definitely do not have that button. Not even a security section.

Anyway, thankyou for the information and your time.

The option is only available if your reseller user is set up with root privileges
