    Unhappy configure support request redirecting to an url

    I have reviewed the cpanel doc, and got his instructions:

    Redirect the cPanel user to a URL
    You can redirect a person making a support request to a URL. This can be useful if, for instance, you have a ticket system that will handle their support requests.

    To redirect your cPanel users:

    Click the radio button next to Redirect the user to the following url.
    In the box, type the URL to which you would like to redirect customers.
    Click Save.

    but when I login user's cPanel, I cannot find Support icon? ?

    This is installed with cPanel Pro, IIRC.

    In your WHM, find the cPanel Section on left menu: Click Manage Plugins. Find the one called pro, 2nd on list here, Tick the box to install and keep updated. Bottom of that page click Save. Refresh WHM itself.

    In your users cPanel the icon should now appear. If I'm wrong, have a look at the Feature Manager in WHM to enable this one: Support System Submission (Feature Manager located in the Packages Section of left menu., then click Edit Default List.

    Now back in WHM find on WHM's left menu: Support Section, click Configure Customer Contact. Here you will find the features you want to edit to redirect to a URL.

    I have not been keeping up on the all the latest changes recently so these details might be a bit out of order.

    Depending on the version of cPanel installed the feature may be seen with or without cPanel Pro. The following menu paths may be used to locate the feature given the version of cPanel installed.

    cPanel version 11.25.0:
    WHM: Main >> Support >> Configure Customer Contact
    Documentation: ConfigCustomerContact < AllDocumentation/WHMDocs < TWiki

    cPanel version 11.24.5:
    WHM: Main >> Support >> Configure Support Request Submissions
    Documentation: ConfigSupport < 11_24/WHMDocs < TWiki

    Older versions, with cPanel Pro:
    WHM: Main >> Plugins >> Configure Support Request Submissions
