Confused with cPanel DNS Only

How should this be done? I'm going to put an example below.

1) cPanel DNS ONLY Server
2) cPanel Web Server
3) cPanel Web Server
4) cPanel Web Server

On the cPanel Web Servers do I need to cluster with the cPanel DNS ONLY Server? Or from the cPanel DNS ONLY do I just add all of the Web Servers into that cluster?

Or do I do both?

From the cPanel/WHM servers you can cluster with the DNS only server. You do not need to cluster from the DNS Only server to the Web servers unless you want all servers to serve all DNS records that are sent to the DNS Only server.

Once this is done can I simply use one set of nameservers like:

ns1.domain.com
ns2.domain.com

and will they be able to use them on any of the servers created?

Yes, as long as your cPanel/WHM servers are clustered with the DNS-Only server that runs those nameservers.
