This issue should be addressed in the current transfer process.

Thank you for the reply but I cannot understand its meaning as it relates to me and my problem. (I want to transfer, cpanel will not let me transfer) Exactly what does this sentence mean?

Sorry, run /scripts/updatenow, then attempt the transfer again.

I'm having the same exact issue, does anyone know of a fix for this? I've searched the forums for a solution, tried a few differents things, but nothing seems to work.

    This is my WHM/cPanel info:

    WHM 9.9.8 cPanel 9.9.8-R119
    RedHat Enterprise 3 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

    Thanks.

    Same!

    I use:

    WHM 9.9.8 cPanel 9.9.8-R119
    RedHat 9 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

    It's a checksum error..

    Any ideas?

Unfortunately, I can only try that on my server. The account I am trying to copy over is located at another host

I will try that on my server and see if that fixes it.

Thanks for the suggestion, I truly appreciate it.
