    Default cPanel 11.26.20 Tweak Settings

I got the following error message:

    FormMail-Clone
The system administrator has disabled this script.

and read on your forum that the solution is as follows:

Activate an option on WHM in "Tweak Settings" -> "Software" -> "FormMail-clone cgi" and then the problem has been solved.

But I am not able to locate the "Tweak Settings" - where are they located on this version?

    Thank you,

Under WHM > Tweak Settings in the Software section on my server (which is using 11.26.20), I see "FormMail-clone cgi" listed. It's right under Interchange there. Please provide a screen print of your Tweak Settings for that Software section if you still aren't seeing it.

Default Do you have access to the WebHost Manager?

To expand on cPanelTristan's comments, do you log into the WebHost Manager as root, or do you only log into cPanel? If you do not log into the WebHost Manager, or do not know what this is, then you will need to ask your host to enable the feature for you.

If you do log into the WebHost Manager as root, then Tweak Settings is documented here. Main >> Server Configuration >> Tweak Settings is located in the WebHost Manager and is not accessible from an account's cPanel.
For hands-on assistance, please reference our new support information page: Where should I go for support?
