Cpanel Cron Job Permission Denied

I am trying to run:
/bin/sh: line 1: /home/userisme/public_html/inserts/cron_user_views.php: Permission denied

I have CHMOD set to 777. Anyone know how to make this execute?

I have tested the script in a browser and I know there are no errors in it.

BAH! I did two things wrong

1. set the FILE to 755
2. use /usr/local/bin/php /home/mine/public_html/inserts/cron_user_views.php

works like a dream!

note the first part with the space there. That directs to PHP on your server.
