I wasn't able to find any documentation on the actual installation of cPanel DNS Only either. :mad

Hi,

Download the .sea and run it.
It will download and install all necessary parts.
It is the same as the normal cpanel install.
After install you can log in just as logging in on a normal cpanel server.

How do I run a .sea on linux, or, is this designed for windows only?

Not trying to be a noob here, and I did google this.. but I'm stumped..

I even tried unzipsfx with the cpanel-only archive in linux.. nada..

UPDATE:

I chmod'd it to 755 and then ./cpanel-dnsonly-install.sea

Installing now .. ;-)

I want to install cPanel DNS only for have the same nameservers for all my domains, but I have 2 servers that have DirectAdmin and Plesk, both use named. Is posible and how can I sync the data from DA and Plesk too?
