Cpanel going down everyday at the same time.

My server everyday goes down for 15 minutes and it's really heartbreaking to see this.

Here is my crontab and I was wondering if someone can take a look at this for me.

It goes down everyday at 2 am and I still can't see anything in the error_log.

What are the precise symptoms that indicate a problem? (e.g., cannot access the server via SSH; the server fails to respond to ping tests; cPanel is inaccessible on a specific port such as 2082 or for SSL on 2083)

What corrective measures are being performed to remedy the symptoms?

When the issue occurs, is it still possible to access the server via any available method, such as via SSH, (cPanel), WHM, Webmail, WebDisk, FTP, E-mail (SMTP, POP3, IMAP), or via one of the hosted web sites (i.e., test accessing a web site URL)?
