Could you be more specific? I have tried to restart all the services and even the reboot the server, but nothing seems to fix the issue... When I turned on my PC this morning I've got more than 60 mails from cPanel regarding services being restarted.

I have read online that it could be do to not enough avaliable memory and therefore cPanel is killing services to free memory, but there are only 14 % in use, so that can't be the problem...

Another common cause for this is if you are running service monitoring software on your server in addition to chkservd bundled with cPanel/WHM. Sometimes multiple service monitoring applications can conflict, causing one to think the service is offline, thus try to then take the service offline and bring it back online.
