    Default cPanel login screen

I am trying to log into my cPanel and its stating that my log-in is incorrect. I used the option to email me my username in case I am using the wrong one, however I do not use the original email address when I setup the account and I think its trying to send the information to that email address.

Not only that, but my computer crashed 2 weeks ago and I lost all my information, so I am trying to get it back.

    Thanks

This is your hosts responsability to assist you with such things.

These cPanel forums are for admins to discuss technical errors and such. If your host is not helping you, find a new host that gives you what you pay for.

Actually the forums are for end users also. That's the purpose of this "New User Questions" forum.

It is correct though that we can't help with that problem. Only your host can help.

    Default Hmm...

Sounds awfully like you're trying to gain access to someones cpanel.

Not accusing you or anything, just saying what I think

    Acess to someones cPanel ?

I don`t think this should walk.

Possibly you make errors by changing user information
    or passwords on account.

Send your corected informations to your eMail adress.

Contact your host about your problem,if you get no answer from them
    I would move your site.
If you like i can host your site for free, for a couple of weeks...

until you get things sorted out..
