cpanel mail server only sending to web accounts? [moved]

Hi All - First post here...

I have several sites hosted with isphost.org using cpanel and MS Frontpage.

A form at www.inovo.tv/contact is giving me nightmares! It sends email to gmail and yahoo accounts but NOT to the domain I want it to or to my own @ntlworld.com either.

This seemms to offer a clue, but I can't see the answer - can anyone shed any light please?

as you would have no way to fix the problem (no root access)
