Cpanel Mysql error

Hello

I have newly purchased a Linux red hat 4 server, and tried to install some scripts which have mysql connections. But i have a very big problem with mybb. When i install this script the mysql doesnot supports it i think. Here is the link of installed script, and my service provider told me that its not script side its cpanel side. Anyone have idea about this kind of error? Maybe one of you get the same before

If you're prompted to save *.php files on your PC, that means Php is either not configured or re-compiled properly on your server. Ask your host to double check and make sure that Php is re-compiled/re-configured properly.

i have recompiled apache php and all etc modules . But there is a very interesting stiuation just advice everyone to check, maybe one of you knows about solution.
