Cpanel Reinstall

Hi guys,

I am having many issues with my current cpanel.

Ip's are not showing up when i try to change ip address of an account. When i try to add a new account apache freezes and the new account never gets added and then apache needs to be manually rebooted.

I am wondering if i do a force reinstall from the cPanel/WHM upgrade section if you guys thinks this would fix all of these issues?

If i do go ahead and force a reinstall what should i expect? downtime wise and what will happen to my 100 or so accounts i currently have on the server ?

any help at this point would be very appreciated.

Thanks

How much memory do you have on your server?

Is it by chance a VPS server?

Hmm, that knocks out my first suspicion but there could still be a great number
of causes for what you describe in your first post above.

This is one that I could probably help you diagnose the issue and
find a solution after seeing things first hand. If you would like some
assistance working on this, contact me by private message and I'll be
happy to get with you and go over this more one on one.
