    Default cPanel = Sucks!

I don't know what to say, instead of releasing a better version you guys are making it opposite.

Easy::Apache v3.2.0 is making my whole server down till now and have no idea what to do. What the ****. Configuring the httpd and php.ini is really pain in the ass I must say.

Your more likely to get some help if you explain what the problem is. What error messages are you getting? are you out of memory? what OS are you running?

It would be better to submit to this forum not for flamewar but instead to request or give help regarding problems all of us using this product face day to day.

If your server is not functioning properly, submit a ticket. If you are curious how to manage configurations and such in an EasyApache environment, you can read the documentation on this.

You can edit php.ini by going to WHM -> Service Configuration -> PHP Configuration Editor. If you want all the options, click Switch to Advanced Mode.

I highly recommend that anyone that has any issues with our software that are not or can not be resolved via the forums submit a support ticket so we can resolve the issue. Remember, the community forums are not an official means of support.

You may wish to provide more detailed information such as the build number of EA 3 you are using (current build as of writing is: 3667) and other relevant information if you wish forum users to be of assistance.

If you cancel your cPanel LIC and IP, and swear to give it up and never use cPanel again I can promise you that you won't have another problem with cPanel. I DARE you to find a better product with same features and better support anywhere on the market and if you do ..then you can go make outrageous injurious derogatory inflammatory statements like you just made on the other control panel's forums and see what that gets you.

learn how to use the product and what to expect from it or learn how to ask for help.

I agree with the person above. You need a good VPS/Sever to run it on, not just one with a lot of resources, a good quality one.

Nothing comes close in terms of user friendlyness (not a word ).
