cpanel VPS accounts

i have just been asked by one of my resellers about moving him onto a VPS system. he currently has 30+ websites hosted with myself.

my question is how many site can a VPS cpanel license handle.

The machine in question will sit on a duel quad core 2.1 amd cpu using 1 dedicated core, 1Gig ram with 2 burst, 100Gig Hdd space. i know the space isn't a problem as he currently only uses 40Gig.

would this run ok he doesn't want to move up to a dedicated server at the moment and his reseller acount is at it's max at the moment.

Just like a dedicated server license, it all depends on the resources available to the server.
