Create cPanel account with subdomain.

hi all,

i have a small problem. i wanna create a cpanel account with My subdomain. If i go to Create an account --> in domain field i write Sub.mydomain.com All work no error.

But when the account is setup, i will go to sub.mydomain.com i have that page "Default Website Page". Anyone can help me to resolve this?

Hi,

Check entry and document root path for the subdomain name in httpd.conf file and try to restart httpd service.

Also check subdomain name DB file, if all the records are correct.
