Creating FTP account in WHM 11.26.16

Can some one tell how to create FTP account in WHM 11.26.16

seems creating FTP account is a hidden feature?

There should be an FTP Accounts icon in cPanel, under the Files heading. The only reason that this would not be displayed is if the Ftp Account Manager feature is disabled in the feature list that is assigned to your account's package.

If you have root access to the WebHost Manager, you can check to see if Ftp Account Manager is enabled by clicking Main >> Packages >> Feature Manager. If you do not have access to the WHM, only cPanel, you will need to ask your host for assistance.
