Creating a Link or Icon to something

I know I do not understand cPanel - even after 3 months of having it.

But I do need to create an ICON that will allow our users to click to our Helpdesk area.

I can not figure out where to go and do this...

Can someone please explain the process to do the following:

I have version 11 - the latest build.

1. How to create an ICON with the cpanel so customers can click on it.

2. How to link that ICON to a location where I need it to go.
