My Cron jobs is not working in new release. Why?

No idea. Have you checked the cron log file in /var/log/cron? Have you checked the error message that should be sent via email to the account that the crontab runs under? Is the cron daemon actually running on the server?

If you're not the server admin, then you should be asking your hosting provider.
