custom login

Good Evening.

Is it possible to have a custom cPanel login on a web site, where say the user logs in with there account details, but it doesnt log them into cpanel, it logs them into a secure page on the website, where they can view all there account information, e.g. bandwidth usage stats and space stats and so on. I been looking around for something like this, but havent come accross _anything_.

Is it possible, and is there something out there that meets my needs?
